Quality Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to ensure components meet drawing specifications and company standards. You will perform first-off and final inspections, create FAIRs to company and AS9102 Rev C standards, and own the Non-Conformance (NC) and concession processes, including customer communication and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections at first-off and final stages.
• Operate CNC CMM and OGP optical measurement systems.
• Create and maintain FAIRs in compliance with AS9102 Rev C.
• Own the NC process: confirm validity, create reports, perform inspections, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage concessions: assessment, approvals, documentation, and customer communication.
• Ensure traceability, accurate documentation, and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Communicate inspection results and quality issues to Production and Management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in component inspection using a wide range of measuring tools.
• Hands-on experience with CNC CMM and OGP optical measurement systems.
• Experience with FAIRs, AS9102 Rev C, NC process management, and concessions.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality processes and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
