Our client is seeking a Pension Specialist to support DB pension operations on a fixed-term basis. The ideal candidate will be analytical, accurate, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
About the role
- Manual DB benefit calculations (retirements, deaths, transfers)
- Work on contracting-out, gender equalisation and (ideally) GMP equalisation
- Maintain strong governance and audit trails
- Handle pension admin system tasks: data imports/exports, running actions
- Support process accuracy and data integrity
- Strong understanding of DB schemes
- Exposure to pension admin software; Profund P3 preferred
- Coding experience beneficial
- Advanced Excel; solid Word/Outlook skills
- Diligent, accurate, and highly organised
