We’re looking for a Pensions & Benefits Analyst with around two years’ experience in pensions or employee benefits to support EMEA benefits operations for a major global organisation.
The Role
- Support day‑to‑day administration of EMEA benefit programmes
- Help improve processes, automation and technology delivery
- Assist with vendor management, governance and compliance
- Contribute to benefit renewals, reporting and employee communications
- Work with cross‑functional teams across the region
- 0–3 years’ EMEA benefits experience
- Strong organisation, analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Confident communicator and proactive self‑starter
- Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of DB/DC pensions a bonus
