Field Sales Executive – Midlands Region

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to cover the Midlands and Wales region, including key areas such as Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham and Norwich.
This role focuses on visiting partner sites, delivering presentations and promoting services, with a strong emphasis on generating high-quality leads for the Telesales team. You will travel extensively across the region, attending daily site visits.

Key Responsibilities Commercial:

• Conduct daily site visits to promote services
• Deliver engaging group presentations and one-to-one interactions
• Generate qualified leads via digital sign-up processes
• Identify additional sales opportunities
• Work collaboratively with Telesales to maximise conversions
• Meet and exceed KPI targets

Teamwork:

• Work closely with colleagues across departments
• Contribute to team success and service excellence

Knowledge:

• Maintain strong product and service knowledge
• Ensure transparency and clarity in all interactions

Skills, Experience & Training Requirements Essential:

• At least 1 year’s sales experience
• Strong track record in hitting targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised and proactive approach
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving licence and own car

Desirable:

• Experience in field sales or face-to-face roles
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Industry knowledge (financial services, logistics, construction)
• Understanding of VAT or payroll solutions
