Field Sales Executive – South Region

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and personable Field Sales Executive to join a growing External Sales team, covering the South region. This role will span from Newquay across to Canterbury and may extend to areas including Oxford, Luton and Colchester.
You will be responsible for attending daily on-site visits with channel partners, delivering engaging presentations and promoting services, with a strong focus on VAT management solutions. This is a highly interactive, field-based role requiring travel across the region.

Key Responsibilities Commercial:

• Arrange and attend site visits to promote services and improve sales conversions
• Deliver presentations to small groups and engage individuals on-site
• Guide operatives through a digital process to generate qualified leads
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across services
• Work closely with the Telesales team to maximise opportunities
• Achieve KPI targets in line with business objectives

Teamwork:

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards
• Contribute to overall team success

Knowledge:

• Maintain strong knowledge of products and services
• Ensure clear and transparent communication at all times

Skills, Experience & Training Requirements Essential:

• Minimum 1 year’s sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focused with ability to simplify complex information
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Desirable:

• Field-based or face-to-face sales experience
• New business development experience
• Background in financial services, payroll, logistics or construction
• Knowledge of VAT, tax or umbrella payroll
