We are working with a well-established and growing manufacturing company that operates at the forefront of precision engineering. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a skilled welder to their close-knit and highly collaborative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-specification projects, where quality, precision, and attention to detail are paramount.

The Role You will play a key role in delivering high-quality fabrication and welding projects, ensuring all work is completed to specification, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:

• TIG welding and fabrication of precision components and assemblies
• Working from technical drawings to complete projects accurately
• Aligning your workload with wider production schedules and project timelines
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring all work meets required standards
• Supporting testing processes, including leak detection using specialist equipment
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Contributing to continuous improvement in processes and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in TIG welding
• Strong experience in fabrication and precision welding
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience working with stainless steel (highly desirable)
• A proactive approach to managing your own workload and meeting deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience working in a highly specialised or technical manufacturing environment
• Engineering qualification (BTech/HNC/HND or similar)
• Knowledge of precision measuring equipment
• Exposure to additional machining processes (e.g. turning)
