About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and customer focused Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint
  • Accurately record and update customer information using internal systems
  • Investigate and resolve complaints with a problem-solving approach
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and satisfaction
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
  • Proven experience using CRM systems or other customer service platforms
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A professional and empathetic approach when dealing with customers
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in a high-volume customer service environment
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or case management tools
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions
