Recruitment Consultant

We are recruiting for a driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Hastings Branch. What’s on Offer:
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Hastings
Salary: Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience) + commission/bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy briefing to placement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
• Write and advertise job descriptions to attract suitable applicants
• Proactively generate new business and develop client accounts
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records using recruitment systems and databases
• Work towards individual and team performance targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) is desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, resilient, and target-driven attitude
• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
