Pensions Transformation Officer

We’re looking for a Pensions Transformation Officer to support the delivery of a major transformation programme within a regulated pensions environment.
Working with senior transformation leaders, you’ll help plan, track and embed change across the organisation. This is a practical, varied role for someone who enjoys improving processes, working with data and collaborating to make change stick.
What you’ll do
- Support transformation projects and workstreams in line with agreed plans
- Maintain project documentation, risks, actions and progress updates
- Track milestones, KPIs and benefits, escalating issues where needed
- Prepare dashboards and management information
- Support process improvement, testing and implementation activity
- Assist with change communications, engagement and training
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting projects or change initiatives
- At least two years’ experience in a regulated, financial services or pensions environment
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working to deadlines
- Pensions or regulatory knowledge, UAT experience, reporting or MI preparation.
