Join our Business Solutions Team as a Pensions Calculation Analyst and help deliver accurate, compliant pension solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and test pension calculation specifications.
- Interpret scheme rules and legislation into clear requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and project teams.
- Mentor colleagues and drive process improvements.
- Strong DB/DC pension calculation knowledge.
- 5+ years’ experience in pension analysis and administration.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Advanced Excel and IT literacy.
- Desirable: PMI qualification, project management experience.
