About the role

• Provide expert pensions guidance to senior stakeholders
• As Secretary to the Trustee Board drive a robust governance framework
• Manage relationships with Trustees, company stakeholders, advisers and administrators
• Monitor funding, investments and de-risking strategy
• Oversee scheme accounts, projects and DC governance
• Oversight of member communications with focus on engagement and financial education

About You

• Strong UK DB pensions experience, gained in-house, consultancy or in trustee executive
• Up to date on pensions legislation and governance
• Proven stakeholder management skills, proactive and commercially aware

Flexible working with options such as working 4 days over 5 available
