The Role
- Lead Pensions Team Managers to deliver high-quality administration services
- Drive operational performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee resource planning to meet targets and service levels
- Identify and implement process improvements, including new technologies
- Strong pensions administration experience (ideally TPA)
- Proven leadership across multiple teams
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Able to manage priorities and drive results
