About the role

• Strategically lead delivery of quality, compliant, member-focussed Pensions Administration, Data and Payroll services
• Drive forward the culture of staff development and focus on continuous process improvements and enhancements
• Contribute at an executive level to ongoing strategic development and delivery and governance

About you

• With a strategic mindset, you'll bring leadership experience from a financial services background; Pensions industry experience, including managing Pensions Administration teams, would be advantageous
