Pensions DevOps Engineer

Join a leading UK pensions organisation at the forefront of platform modernisation and digital transformation. We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to help deliver scalable, secure, and automated technology solutions that support critical pension administration services.

The role:

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.
• Build and support Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and GitLab/Azure DevOps environments.
• Drive platform reliability, security, and DevOps best practices.
• Support major pensions platform upgrades and modernisation programmes.
• Use Python for automation, scripting, and systems development.

About you:

• Proven DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong skills in Python, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Background in pensions, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries preferred.
• Passionate about automation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
