Pensions Calculation Analyst

An exciting opportunity for an experienced UK pensions professional to join a specialist Business Solutions team, helping to shape and develop pension calculation solutions for DB and DC pension schemes.

The role:

• Analyse scheme rules, legislation and client requirements to produce detailed calculation specifications.
• Support the development, testing and automation of pension calculations.
• Liaise with actuaries, developers, clients and project teams on complex benefit requirements.
• Contribute to system enhancements, implementation projects and process improvements.
• Mentor colleagues and help maintain calculation standards and best practice.

About you:

• Strong experience in pensions calculations and pensions administration.
• Excellent knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions, including retirement, transfer and death benefits.
• Able to interpret scheme rules and pension legislation accurately.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• PMI qualification or project experience would be advantageous.
