Pensions Trustee Manager

We're seeking an experienced Trustee Manager to lead governance and project delivery for a portfolio of pension schemes. Working closely with trustees, employers and advisers, you'll ensure schemes are well governed, compliant and strategically managed.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead scheme governance, planning and project management.
• Manage trustee, employer and adviser relationships.
• Support Trustee Board and Committee meetings.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, budgets and key projects.
• Develop and mentor junior team members.

About you:

• 10+ years' experience with defined benefit pension schemes.
• Strong knowledge of pensions legislation and governance.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Professional Trustee accreditation, or willingness to achieve it.
