Pensions Administrator

About the role

• Join a leading pensions organisation delivering high-quality administration services to members and employers.
• Process pension calculations, contributions, member enquiries and data updates with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support key scheme activities including annual benefit statements, valuations and data validation projects.
• Ensure service levels are met while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support colleagues across the wider pensions team.

About you

• At least 12 months' pensions administration experience, including benefit calculations and working with pension systems.
• Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
