Night Shift Production Operative

We are looking for experienced Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company in Farnham on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing or warehouse experience who is comfortable working night shifts.

What’s on Offer

• £17.00 per hour
• Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
• Temporary position
• Full-time hours
• Immediate start available
• Working within a busy manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

• Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets
• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Assembling and preparing products to the required standard
• Following production processes and instructions
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting other areas of the production operation when required

Skills & Experience

• Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience is essential
• Comfortable working a permanent night shift
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and production procedures
• Good team-working skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and hands-on, with previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. You will need to be comfortable working nights and able to consistently meet production and quality standards.
