Trustee Governance Support - In-House Pensions Team

Join a highly respected in-house pensions team and play a key role in supporting the governance and ongoing operation of large UK pension schemes. This is an excellent opportunity to build your technical pensions knowledge, work closely with Trustees and advisers, and gain exposure to complex defined benefit and defined contribution arrangements.

About the role

• Support Trustee Boards and governance committees, including meetings, minutes, and action tracking
• Maintain governance documentation, risk registers, policies, and business plans
• Coordinate key projects including audits, member communications, and benefit statements
• Liaise with administrators, Trustees, and advisers to support the effective running of pension schemes
• Contribute to pensions governance initiatives and wider team projects within a large in-house environment

About you

• Experience working with UK defined benefit and/or defined contribution pension schemes
• Understanding of trustee governance, pensions legislation, and regulatory requirements
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
• In-house pensions or consultancy experience would be advantageous
