Pensions Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow a SIPP proposition across the UK adviser market. This is a high-impact role focused on winning new business and strengthening key relationships.

Multiple office locations UK wide with hybrid working or fully remote

What you’ll do

• Develop new adviser relationships and generate SIPP business
• Strengthen and grow existing introducer partnerships
• Identify high-value opportunities and target the right firms
• Support proposition changes and handle non-advised enquiries

What you’ll bring

• Proven SIPP business development experience
• Strong network within the financial adviser market
• Commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements
