Pensions Administration Manager

We're seeking an experienced pensions professional to lead a portfolio of pension schemes, manage key client relationships and oversee a high-performing administration team.

About the Role

• Lead the delivery of pension administration services across DB and trust-based schemes
• Manage client relationships, trustee meetings and service delivery
• Oversee workflow, projects, quality standards and SLAs
• Develop, coach and manage team members
• Provide technical guidance on pensions legislation and complex cases
• Support process improvements and business growth initiatives

About You

• Strong Defined Benefit pensions administration experience
• Excellent knowledge of pensions legislation and industry practices
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing client relationships and projects
• Commercially aware with strong communication and organisational skills
