Part Time Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist to join a business in Bordon on a part-time, temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistent morning hours, with a Monday to Friday schedule and an early finish each day.
What’s on Offer

• £12.71 per hour
• 15 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 11:00am
• Ongoing temporary work until January
• A regular weekday working pattern

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and ensuring they receive a professional and friendly greeting.
• Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the relevant department.
• Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
• Responding to general enquiries and passing on messages accurately.
• Keeping the reception area tidy, organised and presentable.
• Providing general administrative support as required.

Skills, Experience and Training Requirements

• Previous reception or administration experience would be advantageous.
• Good communication and telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A professional, approachable and helpful attitude.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently.
