Are you an experienced pensions professional looking to take the lead on complex schemes, strategic projects and trustee governance? This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist consultancy where you'll work closely with trustee boards, lead client relationships and drive the successful delivery of high-quality pensions services.

About the role

• Lead the delivery of pensions consulting and outsourced scheme management services for a portfolio of clients.
• Act as a trusted adviser to trustee boards, supporting governance, strategy, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including trustees, employers, advisers and service providers.
• Oversee pensions projects, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
• Support business growth through networking, business development activities and mentoring junior team members.

About you

• Extensive experience working with occupational pension schemes within a consultancy, trustee secretariat or pensions management environment.
• Strong technical pensions knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead complex projects and client relationships.
