Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with excellent customer service and administrative skills to problem solve and lease with clients and customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review stock based on quotes entered by the sales team.
• Ensure all orders are processed on time to meet customer deadlines.
• Produce compliant labels and delivery documentation.
• Book deliveries using external portals and time management systems.
• Maintain regular communication with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide cover for team members when necessary.

Skills, Experience and Training Requirements:
Essential Skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

General Requirements

• Strong organisational and numeracy skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (SAP experience is advantageous but not essential).
• A collaborative team player with experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong forward-planning skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
