Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with department leads to provide financial insights and support strategic goals
• Build strong relationships as the main finance contact across the organisation
• Contribute to management meetings and strategic planning
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting to align with company objectives
• Review financial performance, deliver reports, and provide recommendations
• Identify cost-saving and revenue-growth opportunities
• Develop financial models to assess performance and guide decisions
• Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate opportunities and risks
• Present data-driven insights to senior management
• Produce accurate, timely financial reports for stakeholders
• Review budgets with department heads, track trends, and address variances
• Provide strategic financial advice to optimise outcomes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
• Support audits and strengthen internal controls
• Lead process improvements using technology for better reporting and analysis

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

• Fully qualified (ACCA or CIMA)
• Extensive experience in finance business partnering
• Highly skilled in analysis and problem-solving, with advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools (e.g., Sage, Excel)
• Proven track record in financial modelling, forecasting, and enhancing business performance
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
• Able to work in dynamic and busy environments
