Trainee Sales Executive

Hours: 38.75 hours per week (Monday-Friday, optional 1-day WFH after probation)

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire, UK

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Proactively win new business while developing existing client relationships
• Conduct quality cold calls, book meetings, and close deals
• Build rapport with marketing managers and business owners
• Participate in sales meetings and team activities
• Ensure smooth collaboration with internal teams and follow administrative processes
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Skills & Attributes:

• Highly motivated & sales-driven – You thrive in a target-driven environment
• Confident communicator – Strong verbal skills, both on the phone and face-to-face
• Interest in media & marketing – Passion for the industry is a plus
