Develop and lead a dedicated DC pensions team for an award-winning Pensions consultancy that puts scheme members at the heart of it's delivery.

About the role

  • Oversee workflow across the DC area, ensuring SLA's are hit and exceeded
  • Ensure team development, look at training needs and team requirements
  • Point of contact for technical queries, dealing with complex cases
  • Liaise with client contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
  • Managing all DC scheme events and projects
About you
  • Background in Pension operational delivery
  • Knowledge of DC pensions and master trust rules
  • Strong management experience
