Electrical Assembly Operatives

We are looking for experienced Electrical Assembly Operatives to join our client on a temporary basis in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong assembly skills who are available for an immediate start and keen to work throughout the summer period.

Key responsibilities

• Carrying out precise soldering and crimping work
• Connecting electrical connectors to wires and cables
• Assembling and preparing electrical components following technical instructions and diagrams
• Performing quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards
• Supporting general assembly tasks and assisting colleagues as needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in soldering and crimping is essential
• Confident working with a range of electrical connectors and cable assemblies
• Excellent manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the assignment through to October
• Basic understanding of health and safety within an electrical or manufacturing environment
