Tenant & Spaces Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Tenant & Community Coordinator to oversee their tenant’s journey. You will build strong relationships to support tenant contributions to community life and manage the day-to-day operations of their buildings. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact on the local community.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the full tenant journey across all buildings
  • Maintain strong communication channels with tenants
  • Manage coworking spaces, bookings, payments, meeting room hires, and other space uses
  • Support the housing company in its development
  • Provide administrative support to the housing board, with regular reporting
  • Support the development of temporary use of community spaces, and other pre-development buildings
  • Encourage collaboration between tenants, co-workers, and the wider community
  • Work with colleagues to ensure smooth coordination between landlord functions, partner organisations, and tenants
Skills, Experience and Training Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with a wide range of people
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance varied workloads, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to identify and address tenant needs, resolve issues, and support collaborative contributions to the organisation’s spaces
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Knowledge of the social housing sector and experience working with housing providers
  • Skilled at building trust, handling sensitive issues appropriately, and adapting to uncertainty
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine commitment to community-led regeneration and long-term social impact
