Warehouse Operative

We’re looking for a reliable and practically minded Warehouse Operative to join our team in Farnham. This is a temporary-to-permanent position with great long-term opportunities for development and progression.
The role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, working with equipment and systems, and playing a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a good technical mindset.
Key responsibilities

• Carry out general warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching goods
• Operate warehouse systems and equipment safely and efficiently
• Help with the setup, testing and maintenance of technical equipment (full training provided)
• Keep accurate records of stock and inventory
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace
• Support other departments when needed

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential – training will be provided
• Technically minded and comfortable learning new systems or equipment
• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
• Must have access to your own vehicle due to the location and shift times
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
