Pensions Transition Client Relationship Manager

Are you an experienced DB pensions professional who thrives on managing complex projects and building trusted client relationships?

What You’ll Do:

• Be the key point of contact for trustees, sponsors, and internal stakeholders throughout the transition process.
• Lead and coordinate end-to-end transition projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee core deliverables, including:
  • Migration and analysis of scheme data
  • Preparation of benefit specifications
  • Drafting and reviewing member communications
• Monitor project progress, escalate risks where needed, and produce clear written reports.

• Proven experience in DB pensions administration with strong project management skills.
• Excellent relationship management abilities—confident communicator and trusted adviser.
• Solid understanding of pensions data and technical documentation.
