Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude to contribute to efficient warehouse operations and ensure customers receive accurate, well-prepared orders on time. Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to daily schedules and customer requirements
• Ensure all items are handled with care and packed to a high standard to prevent damage in transit
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality control checks to ensure every order is right first time
• Monitor and report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock issues
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfilment targets
• Support stock replenishment and inventory accuracy as required
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines at all times

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering high standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment role is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
• Driving licence and own transport required due to location
