Our client, a well-established and growing precision engineering company based in Bordon, is currently seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern workshop environment producing high-quality components for a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Producing components to tight tolerances and quality standards
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Carrying out tool changes and basic machine adjustments
• Inspecting finished components using measuring equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Skills / Experience / Training Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller
• Ability to set and operate CNC milling machines (programming desirable but not essential)
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings
• Experience working with a variety of materials
• Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
