Our client is seeking a commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale their online division. This role plays a key part in the organisation’s growth strategy and offers the opportunity to take full ownership of an established and expanding e-commerce platform.
This position is ideal for someone with strong digital expertise, a data led mindset, and experience within B2B or manufacturing led e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the overall e-commerce growth strategy
- Take ownership of the e-commerce platform and online sales performance
- Manage and report on key online sales KPIs, including conversion rate, AOV, traffic, and ROAS
- Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Optimise website performance, UX/UI, navigation, and checkout journey
- Oversee product listings, pricing structures, bulk pricing tiers, and stock visibility
- Manage PPC, SEO, email marketing, and other traffic building campaigns
- Improve customer experience across the full online ordering journey
- Collaborate closely with operations, sales, marketing, IT, and customer service teams
- Support new product launches and pass high value leads to the Key Account team
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience in an E-Commerce Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels
- Demonstrable success in improving online sales performance and conversion rates
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Desirable:
- Experience within packaging, manufacturing, industrial supplies, or B2B e-commerce
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and inventory management
- Understanding of sustainability or eco focused product trends
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant digital marketing or e-commerce certifications advantageous
