The Opportunity
As Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles. You will operate as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring the business attracts and secures top talent in a competitive market.
This role offers excellent variety, autonomy, and the support of an established TA function within a well structured and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a high volume of vacancies
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
• Developing sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-moving environment
• Driving direct sourcing initiatives and reducing agency reliance where possible
• Enhancing candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment best practice and company policy

About You

• Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role at a senior level
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Confident handling multiple roles and competing priorities
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience
