Graduate Role (Engineering

Our client is seeking a motivated and hands-on Graduate Engineer to join their team based in East Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about engineering and wants to gain real, practical experience across a high-tech manufacturing environment.

This is not a desk based role, you will be actively involved across the production floor, working on real products from design through to final dispatch, with clear progression opportunities into Production Management or Senior Engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work between design and production teams to ensure technical specifications are met
• Support and troubleshoot electronics, mechanical assemblies, and production issues
• Assist in overseeing production runs across a variety of projects
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Ensure products meet required quality and safety standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process

Skills, Experience, and Requirements:

Degree (BSc, BEng, or MEng) in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related field

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to understand technical drawings or circuit diagrams
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confident communication skills across all levels
