Senior Pensions DC Consultant

We’re seeking an experienced Senior DC Pensions Consultant to join a growing Defined Contribution division. You’ll lead client relationships, deliver high‑quality governance and strategic advice, and help drive better member outcomes across a diverse portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop strong client relationships
- Support new business pitches and contribute to practice growth
- Stay up to date with DC legislation, market trends and governance requirements
- Lead projects including master trust/GPP reviews, selection exercises, buy‑outs, wind‑ups and AVC reviews
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing governance support
- Work with investment colleagues to deliver tailored, outcome‑focused advice
- Produce clear, high‑quality advice and reports
- Contribute to provider research and team knowledge
- Provide leadership and guidance within the team
What You’ll Bring
- PMI qualification (or FIA/FFA/CFA) preferred
- Strong experience advising UK DC pension schemes within a consultancy
- Excellent communication and commercial awareness
- Solid technical pensions knowledge
