Cleanroom Technician

We are recruiting for a Cleanroom Technician to join a well-established client based in Eastbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a controlled cleanroom setting where precision, attention to detail, and quality standards are critical.

You will play a key role in supporting the production of high-quality components, ensuring all work is carried out in line with strict cleanliness, safety, and manufacturing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out assembly, inspection, and production tasks within a cleanroom environment
• Follow strict cleanroom procedures to maintain contamination control standards
• Handle and prepare components with precision and care
• Perform basic quality checks during and after production processes
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety and cleanroom protocols
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and production output
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with cleanroom standards

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to follow strict procedures and instructions
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Reliable, punctual, and disciplined approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
