In this senior corporate-facing in-house role you will shape and deliver future pensions strategy for this industry-leader.
What you’ll be doing
- As pensions subject matter expert, DB & DC, work with senior leaders and trustees to ensure a compliant, sustainable and engaging pensions offering
- Advise and influence senior stakeholders and trustees
- Oversee governance, risk and regulatory compliance
- Drive simplification and improvement of pensions processes and experience
- Manage relationships with external advisers and administrators
What we’re looking for
- This truly exceptional role, working for a paternalistic employer, would appeal to a skilled Pensions professional with in-house or consultancy-based experience
- Up to date knowledge of UK DB and DC pension schemes, legislative framework and emerging market landscape
- Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder and communication skills, ability to influence at Executive / Trustee level
- Pensions qualification (APMI/FIA/similar) desirable
