About Us

Due to continued growth within our specialist Pensions division, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established and high-performing team in Basildon.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with around 2+ years' experience who is looking to build a long-term career within a respected, market-leading business.
You'll inherit a warm, established desk with access to a specialist candidate database built over 30 years, allowing you to focus on relationship building, placements and business growth rather than high-volume cold calling.

The Role
Working within our specialist Pensions team, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates across a well-established market.

Key Responsibilities

• Full 360 recruitment role
• Build and develop client relationships
• Source, interview and place candidate
• Generate new business opportunities
• Manage the recruitment process from brief to placement

About You
We're keen to hear from recruitment professionals who can demonstrate:

• Ideally 2+ years' recruitment experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial mindset and desire to succeed
• A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach
• A positive attitude and enjoyment of working as part of a collaborative team
