Are you an experienced MIG Welder with a access to your own transport?

Our client is currently looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join their growing manufacturing team based in Battle. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder to secure a full-time role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Working as part of a busy production team, you'll be responsible for producing high quality welds while maintaining excellent safety and quality standards.

What’s on Offer?

Location: Battle
Salary: £17.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (with a possibility to become permanent)

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out MIG welding to a high standard
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Prepare materials ready for welding
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
• Work with the wider production team to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organised work area

Skills, Experience & Training Requirements

• Previous experience as a MIG Welder is essential
• Ability to produce high quality, accurate welds
• Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good understanding of health and safety within a workshop environment
