In-house Pensions Operations & Projects Manager, remote working

Lead a busy in-house pensions function for a large, established organisation. This is a senior role with responsibility for pension administration, pensioner payroll, regulatory projects and team leadership.

Remote working, London offices adhoc basis

About the role

• Lead and develop a specialist pensions administration team
• Oversee pension administration and monthly pensioner payroll operations
• Act as the technical expert for complex pensions and member queries
• Deliver key projects such as de-risking exercises
• Drive process improvements, governance, controls and regulatory compliance

About you

• Strong pensions administration experience with leadership responsibility
• Excellent knowledge of DB and DC pension schemes and pensioner payroll
• Technically strong with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering high-quality service
