On Track Team

Cathrine began her career at On Track in 2012 and is now Head of Recruitment for our Multi-Sector Division. Having assisted clients with Permanent, Temporary, and Contractual requirements, Cathrine is exceptionally adept at ensuring specifications are consistently met and exceeded. Cathrine supports the division by strengthening our teams, promoting synergy and collaboration across the Group.

Since joining On Track in 2017, Joelle has developed and fine-tuned her industry knowledge, progressing to her position as Recruitment Manager with the On Track division. With a Service Delivery background, Joelle is especially experienced in offering the highest level of communication and support. Joelle assists both the Permanent and Temporaries divisions, working closely with each member of the team.

With a background in Customer Service, Beth joined the On Track division in 2016. Since then, Beth has established herself, providing vital support with compliance, administration, and ensures the welfare of our Temporary Workforce. With a keen eye for detail, Beth ensures we have everything we need to maintain a swift, efficient, and compliant service to both our clients and candidates group-wide.

As part of our Temporary’s team, Mya has applied her supervisory and customer satisfaction experience to develop a hardworking and trusted Temporary Workforce, enabling her to have the best calibre of candidates ready to meet our client’s requirements. Mya is always on hand to offer a quick and responsive service to businesses across Surrey, Hampshire, and beyond.

Courtney is a Recruitment Consultant working in our Permanent division. With a background in Healthcare and Client Liaison, Courtney is well-versed to working in fast-paced environments and understands the importance of providing an excellent service at all times. Courtney sources quality candidates, placing them in Permanent and Contract positions across Surrey, Hampshire, and beyond, establishing strong rapports, while developing new opportunities.

Alisha joined our On Track team in 2023 with a background in Hospitality and Customer Service. Alisha’s role is to support the Consultants with sourcing candidates, whilst also developing her skills and knowledge of the professional recruitment sector to allow for a long and rewarding career within Recruitment.

Rory is a Senior Recruitment Consultant on our Permanent Division. With extensive recruitment experience, he is a relationship-builder with a focus on improving candidate and client experiences alike. His diverse skillset includes 360 Recruitment, Business Development, and expert candidate sourcing. Rory's expertise fortifies our team's recruitment capabilities and enriches our business and commitment to excellence. Rory's unique skills and dedication enhances candidate experiences and forms stronger stakeholder relationships.
