At the heart of our Company culture.
The COVID-19 pandemic forced millions of people to work from home for the best part of a year, proving once and for all that remote working is possible for a wide range of jobs, if companies can both adapt and invest, and we are proud to have adapted and kept Sammons open for business throughout.
Technology liberated us to enable our teams to work remotely, keeping them safe while motivated during the hight of the pandemic and beyond.
Now transitioning to return to an office environment and adopt a new hybrid working pattern, we’ve ensured to invest in our offices and provide each division with a new, modern working environment, either by moving into new offices or refurbishing original buildings.
First to be finished is our refurbished, newly branded Hastings office. And what a difference it’s made!
An office space is often at the heart of business culture, as it creates increased collaboration for meetings and group working, enhances relationship building across colleagues and helps with training and development opportunities. Encouraging curiosity in the office can help disseminate knowledge across the desks, breaking down silos and allowing for ideas to be shared and developed as a team.
At Sammons we believe the environment in which we work can greatly influence how teams feel about their job and the company they work for and because of this, it’s important for us as an employer to foster a positive atmosphere which encourages consistently.
By providing our teams with positive work environments we aim to improve their happiness, increase their productivity and empower them all to achieve collectively.

We are thrilled to see our hard work now coming together and our teams benefitting from new working environments. We have final touches happening in both Eastbourne and Essex offices over the coming weeks and look forward seeing the impact this too has for the wider Group.
