At Sammons Recruitment Group, we strive to nurture future talent and where possible provide valuable work experience opportunities across our offices in East Sussex, Surrey and Essex, to students eager to develop their skills.
Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of having Lucy-Beth with us as an Administrator during her T-Level studies. As part of her placement, Lucy-Beth has provided administrative support to our consultants while gaining real-world experience in an office environment. Her contributions have been invaluable, particularly in her work on data cleansing to improve the proficiency of our Group-wide CRM database. This initiative has not only benefited our team but has also provided her with a deeper understanding of data management and office processes.
We’ve been proud to partner with East Sussex College (Hastings) to help Lucy-Beth apply the skills she’s learned through her studies in a practical setting. Her professionalism and willingness to learn have made her a key asset during her time with us.
As Lucy-Beth completes her placement, we want to ask her a few questions about her time here to better understand the value she has gained, and we look forward to seeing where her future career takes her.
